CNC Precision Machining was established in 1978. We are Debt free with three shifts and approximately 50 employees. We have a strong supplier base for coatings, lab analysis, and domestically-milled materials.

Our Certifications consist of ISO 9001:2001, AS9100B Quality Assurance Program and
FDA 820 Compliant. CNC is fully compliant with and practices a drug and alcohol plan approved by the FAA (DOT 49CFR part 40).
We have a clean air conditioned facility with all the latest equipment including optical comparators, Milling, Turning.

CNC Precision offers in-house design support, prototype, production and assembly of custom parts and systems manufactured for Medical, Automotive, Military, Aerospace, Electronic.
CNC Precision use a wide range of software consisting of UGS, Mastercam, Exact, Unigraphics, Work NC, JobBoss, PC DMIS, Cimco Integration, Solidworks, Esprit, and Esprit Mold.
CNC primarily uses a Expanded 8D quality system. A statistically-based Cost of Quality Analysis system drives the Expanded 8D system. CNC precision Machining, Inc. has an established quality policy which helps lead the company towards continually improving our products and processes. The quality policy states:
